We went into this user conference with a Formset scenic treatment and a wide center screen for content. Our clients had significant internal resources to pull the media content together and, with our consultation, delivered some great content files. We ran this system on an Encore E2 and also featured a large number of confidence monitors as well as teleprompting services.
The opener featured a percussive dance and beatbox troupe from Las Vegas to energize the audience and introduce the CEO. The troupe needed hard flooring and the execs insisted on carpeted stage. We solved this problem with 2′ diameter lauan panels which the dancers struck as they exited the stage.
