For 2024, we moved yet again into another Convene property, located 225 Liberty Street near the World Trade Center. This project morphed into multiple projects as we added a Partner Summit and Investor Day Conference on top of the Connect event.
Located on two floors of Brookfield Place, this venue features two larger event spaces and several smaller breakout spaces. As with other Convenes, this one features a significant amount of built-in technology including LED walls in the downstairs main room and a curved wall with a three-projector blended canvas upstairs.
Unlike our previous experience uptown, this Convene venue was much more in line with production standards, and was easier to collaborate with to get what we needed.
On day two, we live-streamed the Keynote session upstairs and then the Investor Day presentation downstairs on the same stream. That was fun!
