ServiceMax took over the Wynn Encore Resort in Las Vegas and held their North American Maximize conference featuring a keynote and several breakouts over three days. It was a bit daunting to watch the screen go up until the lights came down and content went up on it, because the screen was so big! We were planning to run the show on a Millumin platform, but ended up doing most of the heavy lifting in PPT and Spyder due to content creation constraints. A highlight of this gig was getting to meet Gene Kranz and Astronaut Jim Lovell of the Apollo 13 mission in person.
