Riot Games invited several dozen Valorant Influencers from around the world to come to their LA headquarters and play the new character while still under embargo. We had to arrange travel, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, build out the PC Bang, and plan an off-campus evening event. This project came up fast, there were a lot of stakeholders with differing opinions, and somehow we threaded the needle and made this event come together successfully.
